Send us what you've made. We get it ready for print, email you a proof, and print it once you're happy. We're a family printer in Hebburn and have been since 1898, so you can talk to the people printing it, collect from the shop, or have it delivered.
Your file is the right size, has 3mm bleed and keeps text inside the safe area. We check it for free and there is no artwork charge.
You have a design, but it needs resizing, bleed adding or text moving in from the edges. This is from £12 + VAT a side (most files are £12). If yours needs more work we tell you the price before we start.
You want us to create or lay out the design for you. This is £25 + VAT a side, agreed with you before we start. Funeral stationery is different: layout and proofs are included.

Upload it when you order online, email it to us, or bring it into the shop. An image from ChatGPT, a Canva file, a Word document or a photo of a design you like are all fine to start with.

We email you a proof before anything is printed, so you can check you're happy with it. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
Collection from our shop at 44 Glen Street, Hebburn is free. UK mainland delivery is £14 plus VAT, and free on print orders of £150 or more (ex VAT).

A file that needs preparing: from £12 + VAT a side (most files are £12). Design help, creating it for you from scratch: £25 + VAT a side. Printed leaflets without lamination are zero-rated for VAT; the artwork charge is standard-rated at 20%.

You can paste this in: "Make the front of an A5 portrait leaflet as a flat design, not a mockup. Keep all text and important pictures at least 6mm from the edges. Make it as large and high quality as you can."
Yes. Send us the image and we'll get it ready for print from £12 + VAT a side, then send you a proof to check before we print.
Images from AI tools are made at screen size rather than print size, so they can print slightly softer than they look on a phone. Colours can also look a little duller, because we print with ink rather than a backlit screen. If you're unsure, we can print one at full size for you to look at before we print the full run.
Resizing your design to the size you're printing, adding the 3mm bleed so there are no white edges after cutting, and keeping text inside the safe area. It's charged per side, so a double sided leaflet is two sides. Most files are £12 a side; if yours needs more work, we'll tell you the price before we start.
In Canva, choose Share, then Download, then PDF Print, and tick 'Crop marks and bleed'. A PDF like that is print-ready and there's no set-up charge.
Send it over and we'll tell you what it needs before we start. Some Word files print well with a little set-up; others are a picture inside the document and need rebuilding.
