We prefer PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG files. We also accept PNG, JPG, and TIFF at 300dpi minimum resolution. All artwork should include 3mm bleed. Maximum file size is 50MB.
Standard turnaround is 3-5 working days for most products. Same-day and next-day rush printing is available on many items for an additional 50% surcharge. Large format and speciality items may take longer.
Yes. For business cards, letterheads, and compliment slips you can use our free online template designer. For other products, we offer artwork amendments (adding trim, fixing resolution, etc.) from £15.
Our minimum order value is £25 excluding VAT. Minimum quantities vary by product — for example, business cards start at 50 and flyers at 100.
Collection from our shop in Hebburn is free. UK mainland delivery is a flat £14.00, or free on orders over £75 (ex VAT).
All prices shown on our website are excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. We can provide VAT invoices for business customers.
Yes. Our online template designer shows a live preview. For uploaded artwork, we send a digital proof for your approval before printing begins.

Yes. You can configure and order business cards, flyers, postcards, posters, and many other products directly on our website. For bespoke items, use our quote request form and we will get back to you within 2 hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. In-shop we also accept cash and bank transfer. Business account customers can arrange 30-day invoicing by prior agreement. Contact us to discuss.
